SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rule making 
filed by Autaugaville Radio, requesting the allotment of FM Channel 
256A to Greensboro, Alabama, as that community's first local aural 
transmission service. Coordinates used for this proposal are 32-47-22 
North Latitude and 87-34-39 West Longitude.

DATES: Comments must be filed on or before October 21, 1996, and reply 
comments on or before November 5, 1996.
