Digital Television Broadcast Service; Great Falls, MT


The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Montana State University proposing the allotment and reservation of DTV channel *21 for noncommercial educational use at Great Falls, Montana. DTV Channel *21 can be allotted to Great Falls, Montana, at reference coordinates 47-32-08 N. and 111-17-02 W. Since the community of Great Falls is located within 400 kilometers of the U.S.-Canadian border, concurrence from the Canadian government must be obtained for this allotment.


Comments must be filed on or before July 6, 2004, and reply comments on or before July 21, 2004.


The Commission permits the electronic filing of all pleadings and comments in proceeding involving petitions for rule making (except in broadcast allotment proceedings).
